When you first sign up, SoloChief walks you through a short setup:
Step 1: Tell Chief your name and timezone.
Step 2: Set your first focus and weekly outcome.
Step 3: Connect WhatsApp (Pro) to get your morning brief and talk to Chief on the go.
Step 4: You are ready. Chief will brief you every morning at your chosen time.
You can skip WhatsApp and use the web dashboard only. Upgrade to Pro anytime from Settings → Billing.
Set one main thing that matters today and your outcome for the day. This protects your focus from task creep.
Set your priorities and outcomes before the week takes over. Chief uses this for your morning brief.
A commitment is any promise you have made to another person or to yourself that has not been completed yet. Every time you say yes to something. In a meeting, on a call, over WhatsApp, in an email. Log it here immediately while it is fresh. Add: - What you committed to do - Who you committed to - When it is due Chief surfaces your open commitments in your morning brief so you start every day knowing exactly what you owe people. The difference between Commitments and Follow-ups: Commitments are things you owe someone else. Follow-ups are things someone else owes you, or things you need to check on.
Track open loops. Anyone waiting on you, any payment pending, any decision due. Chief checks in when things go cold.
Park ideas and distractions instantly without losing them. Review when you have time.
Close the week knowing what happened, what slipped, and what needs attention next week.
When you are overwhelmed and do not know where to start, Rescue Me gives you five clear paths instead of a blank page:
Chief looks at your commitments and focus and surfaces the single most important item.
Everything past due in one view.
Chief helps you identify what does not need to happen today.
Dump everything in your mind into the parking lot so you can think clearly.
Ask Chief anything about your week, your priorities, or your next move.
Open Rescue Me from the sidebar anytime you feel stuck.
Go to Settings → WhatsApp → Connect WhatsApp.
WhatsApp opens with a message pre-filled.
